Monday Morning Cardio
10$/class Join us for a 30 minute virtual cardio class to jumpstart your week! This class is all about cardio and fun!
Tuesday Tea Barre
20$/class Ballet inspired class, that targets the legs, glutes, arms and core. Closely related to pilates, but with an extra dance-like flare.
Wednesday Wit-It Core
10$/class Non-stop abdominal workout. Target the obliques, outer & inner core, rectus abdomens and the the back! With this fun and upbeat music you won’t want to stop!
Thursday Thirst Adult Dance Class
20$/class Whither you are a professional dancer or don’t have a coordinated bone in your body this is the class for you! Every week we will do cardio based dance class and every other week we will learn a short choreographed dance. There will be a theme each week! Bring your bestie and some sneakers, because you are bound to have fun!
Friday Flourish Yoga Fusion
20$/class End your week with our yoga fusion class. This class is designed for someone who likes yoga, but also wants a dash of spice! You will start of class with classic yoga technique, then spice things up with either a burst of barre or cardio inspired workouts, and finally cool down with yoga.
Beach Classes (All beach classes are cancelled due to the COVID OUTBREAK)

5$ Donation Recommended/Class Non-stop beach barre workout. Brings the best of both worlds together. 40 minutes barre and 20 minutes core.
